Meet the Team

Dan Heisel Jr

Chief Executive Officer

Dan is the founder of BlueLyte and the architect of ARCASIS, BlueLyte’s state of the art vendor management platform. Dan has an active role in the continued development and enhancement of the platform constantly collaborating with IT and Operations to further enhance performance. Dan has also been a driving force in the development of BlueLyte’s 835/837 analysis tool to be available for commercial use in 2025.

Anthony Faeth

President & COO

Tony joined BlueLyte in 2015 after a 30 year career owning and operating a large Early Out and Bad Debt organization. Tony’s main role is the practical application of ARCASIS and vendor management services to BlueLyte’s client base and the vendor partners BlueLyte works with. Tony maintains the relationships of all BlueLyte clients as they relate to performance.

Shawn Wilson

Chief Technical Officer

Shawn is responsible for all development, system security, and technical support systems at BlueLyte. Shawn is also the architect of Momentum, BlueLytes’s proprietary workflow management system. Shawn has also been pivotal in the development of BlueLyte’s 835/837 analysis tool to be available for commercial use in 2025. Shawn is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a highly sought after and difficult to attain certification.

Sarah Brady

Vice President

Sarah oversees all onboarding and implementation on the vendor partner side of the business. Sarah and her team complete all file testing, data validation and the build out of the report set. They also manage all daily file exchanges with clients and vendors. Sarah and her team truly span, work with and connect the entire enterprise.

Michelle Faeth

Managing Director, Accounting and Finance
Michelle brings 30+ years of experience in managing AR, AP,  payroll and benefits.   Michelle and her team interact with the C suite, front line management and employees as it relates to operational finance, profit and loss, compensation, benefits and 401k administration.

Natalie Beiting

Managing Director

Natalie oversees all complex vendor relationships – Third Party Liability, Medicaid Eligibility, Workers Comp, Denials/underpayments, and insurance follow up. Natalie is truly a subject matter expert in all vendor areas. Natalie also possesses deep practical knowledge of Epic, and Cerner.
