Daniel Heisel Jr. is the co-founder and CEO of BlueLyte Solutions. Dan is the chief designer behind the Arcasis Platform, the centerpiece of BlueLyte. After earning a business degree at Indiana University, Dan began his journey learning the Receivables Management industry and earned his way to an executive position with Controlled Credit Corporation. Using his experience and seeing the need in the market, Dan went on to be the co-founder and CEO of BlueLyte, Solutions and developed the Arcasis Platform.

Dan is the driver behind BlueLyte's innovation, development and technical execution.

On the rare occasion that Dan gets to leave the office, he spends his time with his wife Jennifer and 4 kids watching various youth sporting events.

Anthony Faeth

President & COO, BlueLyte Solutions, LLC

As Former CEO of ACB American, Inc. and Founder of SCI, Inc., Tony brings 27 years of extensive Healthcare AR and Revenue Cycle experience. He has led several complex initiatives including Corporate HIPAA compliance, PCI certification, and ISO 27001 certification. Tony presided over 2 large scale call center build outs requiring brick and mortar construction, IT and Training facility design, ergonomic, and network design from scratch. His true expertise lies in integrating and unifying IT, Operations, and Administrative areas inside an organization with the Client experience in mind.

Under his leadership, ACB received the Kentucky Thoroughbred Award in 2013, acknowledging a select and small group of companies demonstrating extraordinary growth, employee commitment and contribution to the community.

Tony spends his free time with his wife Michelle, their 5 children and 2 grand children. Theoretically, if there’s ever a weekend with no set plans, he’d love to go fishing or play golf.

Dan Sr. has been in the healthcare collection and receivable management business for 34 years, Serving in various executive roles including President of Controlled Credit. Dan is well known in the industry as a forward thinker and innovator. He’s played key roles in numerous national legislative initiatives, and has worked directly with one of the major credit reporting agencies to develop dynamic healthcare score modeling.

He is actively involved with the American Collectors Association. He is also a charter member of ACA's Healthcare Services Program and served on its steering committee as well as chaired the group.

He was instrumental in the program's growth and raising its visibility among the healthcare provider community. Dan has a “Fellow” and “Scholar” in collections and is a “Certified Healthcare Collector.” Dan was a founding member of ACA's Future Leaders program that identified young people that had the potential to be leaders of the association. read more >>

Dan has also be very active over his career with Ohio Receivable Management Association(ORMA) serving several times on the board of directors.

Dan is the key to BlueLyte Client Relationships, bringing knowledge, experience and understanding to the table that is unquantifiable.

Any free time that Dan has is spent either boating with this wife Julie or watching one of his grandkids sporting events.

Michelle Faeth

Director of Client and Vendor Support

Michelle is a seasoned executive with over 25 years experience in the healthcare finance and ARM industries - specifically in accounting, and transactional auditing.

She is a strong communicator with the ability to help connect financial, administrative and operational role players within an organization to the mission of the company.

Michelle’s passion comes from building processes to ensure non-client facing areas of an organization understand the importance of their roles and the ultimate effect they have on client and company success.

Sarah Brady

VP Client and Supplier Relationships

Sarah is an experienced ARM Executive with creative thought process and attention to detail. Her strengths lie in the ability to communicate and execute strategies between C level executives, administrative, and operational management inside of an organization with the client experience at the forefront. The ability to understand and communicate client expectations at every level of the enterprise.

Natalie Beiting

Managing Director

Natalie is an experienced ARM Operations Manager, working directly with vendors, managers, supervisors and frontline staff to ensure diligence and continuity within the client work strategy.

Natalie has worked with numerous large health systems, and vendor partners to ensure that the strategy and service expectations designed at the higher levels get implemented at the production level. Natalie is well versed in numerous PFS systems including EPIC, Cerner, Siemens, ARTIVA, etc.

Her passion lies in working with internal and external partners to deliver the best possible performance results for the client.
